1. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket to the Iquechimba Concert, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions as established by Miriad LLC. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.
2. Authorized Sales Channels
Tickets must be purchased exclusively through authorized platforms, including iquechimba.com and other designated physical ticket outlets. Tickets acquired through unauthorized channels will be considered invalid and entry will be denied. Terms & Conditions are not applied if tickets are resold by original purchaser, we do not take responsibility for price, or entry.
3. Identification
All attendees must present valid government-issued identification upon request. Entry will be denied without refund if proper identification is not provided.
4. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets or bracelets will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
5. Entry and Re-Entry
There will be no re-entry to the venue. Once you exit, your ticket or bracelet will be rendered invalid for re-entry.
6. Age Restrictions
The minimum age for entry is 18 years. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Age verification will be enforced at all entry points.
7. Prohibited Items and Conduct
Possession of prohibited items or engagement in prohibited behavior (including violence, harassment, or unsafe conduct) will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
8. Data Usage
Personal data collected during ticket purchase or event attendance may be used for security and promotional purposes, in full compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
9. Event Modifications
The event organizer reserves the right to alter the event program, schedule, or lineup without notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or exchanges.
10. Environmental Responsibility
Attendees are expected to keep the event area clean and to dispose of trash properly using designated bins. Please respect the venue and surrounding community.
11. Merchandise
Official Iquechimba Concert merchandise will be sold exclusively on-site and through authorized sellers. Do not purchase from unauthorized vendors.
12. Payment Methods
Tickets and merchandise can be purchased using Maestro and major credit cards. Please note: no ATMs will be available at the venue.
13. Promotions and Advertising
The unauthorized distribution of flyers, banners, or promotional material at the venue is strictly prohibited. Official marketing or sponsorship inquiries must be directed to the event organizer.
14. Zero Tolerance Drug Policy
This event enforces a strict zero tolerance policy for drug possession and use. Any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue and possible legal action.
15. Accessibility
The venue will have designated facilities and staff assistance available for guests with disabilities. If you require special assistance, please contact the organizer in advance.
16. Liability
MSA Myriad Sources Aruba.VBA and all associated partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage incurred before, during, or after the event.
